Interesting article though way too advanced for me as 90% was over my head! (No electrical engineering brain here--just a stock broker's financial mind) 

I have a few old stock tickers and old Dow Jones news tickers that I'd love to make "live" again and get selected stock quotes or news stories. If you ever hear of anyone interested in embarking on such a project down here in Miami, I'd love to hear from (and finance) them.
