Seems like I have seen a "Queen's English" version that went something like 
"THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPED RIGHT OVER THE LAZY DOG."  Ask me where I saw 
it, though.  Maybe I imagined it.

Maybe our UK list members can confirm or deny it.
