[GreenKeys] list funding concerns

Hi folks:

An update about the funding needed to keep qth.net lists active:

You may recall John Bartholomew's idea: he has offered to donate a quantity
of genuine Teletype Tape Moisteners to be given away to people who make a
nice donation to qth.net.  

It's a pretty good deal: help qth.net and get a nice Teletype collectible!
These devices were used to wet the gummed tape that was used in tape
printers, for telegram and similar uses.  The finger piece is the cutter
for cutting the tape at the edge of the page.  See some pics at:

But so far we have only had one person take us up on this win-win deal.
It's bummin' me out.

Heck, even if you don't have a tape printer it's still a pretty cool little
gizmo from the early days.
