There were plenty 28s during all of the 60s but NOT at the news
services. At IBT we had over 500 of them to maintain in 1966. By
1970 we had only 3 Model 15s and 3 model 19s left. At Ball Brothers
Glass company I replaced a 19 ASR on TWX with a 33 ASR. The operator
was devastated.
