1880 Ticker Tape/Telegraph/Teletype machine

I not sure what this is, Ticker Tape, Telegraph, Teletype, or some kind of Morse code machine.  Heavy brass. Has clock works mechanism. Original tape. Made by Foote Peirson Company, New York. Has model number A2130, KS-3106. It measures 10 1/2 X 5 1/2". Circa, 1880's. Appears to be in excellent condition and complete. We describe all items to the best of our ability.
