What the message says is that your domain, or that of your ISP, has been
blocked from the destination server because it is suspected of being an
open mail relay or a haven for spammers. The source of that suspicion can
not be deducted from the error message, and all too often is the result of
an error, typo or even an intentional slip up by someone with a grudge.
It's part of the over-reactive backlash from the increase in SPAM over the
last few months. It was the mail.n2.net server that didn't accept it. You
might talk to your ISP about finding a way to contact the postmaster in
that domain.
