[GreenKeys] CV-483/URA-17 FSK RTTY Converter

I will scan it if you send it to me....on loan of course to build a pdf file.Would
return in same condition received PPd.
I need a copy of the manual either pdf file or Xerox copy of the manual.  Paying
$30.00 to $50.00 for a Xerox copy isn't going to be forthcoming from this old RM. I
will find a copy from somewhere else that is within reason.
