[GreenKeys] Cutting Meter Holes

You can drill 'em using, say, 1/8" then 1/4" holes all around... then 
either-effectively-route the edges out (if you drilled a LOT of holes), or 
saber saw the much smaller distances between holes. Alters the tool and the 
muscles performing the work.

I guess my question is why steel? Some deep seated masochistic tendencies 
somewhere?
