[GreenKeys] HELP!!!

Here's an oddball problem with a PC. I have a Compaq Presario PC, about two 
years old. It will not turn on at all. I took it to COMPUSA and they replaced 
the power supply. It works on their bench. I took it home, and it will not 
turn on at all. I took it to my office and plugged it in and it turns on!
I have checked the cord, the AC in the house is 118.9VAC and I even tried 
isolating the ground...but, nothing. I still think the power supply is bad 
since it is full of dust (new??) and a capacitor in it seems to have leaked. 
But, why does it work everywhere but my home? I have carried the thing all 
over the house, plugged it in, and it will not power up. Several other PC's in 
the house, along with a lot of other electronics, work fine.
Any ideas from the Greenkeys gang? Now you know why I like TTY's!!
