Probably the best thing to do, assuming you have a computer, is to run one of the modern programs that does FSK modulation and demodulation using the sound card. You feed the audio from the sound card into the mike input on the TS-440 (through an attenuator) and put the radio in SSB and you've got FSK coming out.
