[GreenKeys] On 850Hz shift again

Hey Guys;

I just spent the rainy weekend setting up my Ten-Tec OMNI VI+ to operate
850Hz shift.

So if you're tuning around 80/40/20/15 meters around 7:00-8:00pm PST,
and hear 2125/2975, it's probably me.

Now, the only think left is to stop by Staples and get an Underwood
ribbon for the ol' 28KSR.
