[GreenKeys] Plantronics / Frederick 1280A Modem

I have recently acquired a Frederick Electronics 1280A TTY modem, and =
hope to use it with a Model 28, or maybe a Klienschmidt, or perhaps a =
Mite.  Can anyone help with connect info?  Lots of screw terminals in =
the back, no data....
