[GreenKeys] Kleinschmidt Models TT-117B and TT-179B

Stumbled on to a Kleinschmidt TT-117B/FG teleprinter and 
TT-179B/FG Reperforator-Transmitter on E-Bay.

I looked in my vast 3-book pre-1970 RTTY library and 
could not find much at all on either, just a picture and 
schematic listing it as a military designation AN-FGC-
25. 

Anybody know if the 117 was typically used in 45 baud 
service? Age would be about right. Also, any idea on 
power? My book shows 117 VAC but military would make me 
wary.
