I have not heard of anyone doing such a thing.  However, there
are HF radios set up for RealAudio broadcast on Internet.
Check out http://www.ralabs.com and following the links.
You can set the frequency to monitor, but it might be difficult
to tune RTTY accurately.  It would be interesting to know if
this would work.  I'd be concerned that there might be too much
distortion and time gaps.
