[GreenKeys] greenkeys vote on reply thingy

Looks like I'm in the minority. I'd much rather it continued to work
like a NewsGroup and reply to the whole list - ie Option A. I figure
that if a reply is worth sending then everyone should have a chance to
read it. I find I hardly ever send private replies to mailing list items
for that reason.
