[GreenKeys] greenkeys vote on reply thingy

Hi Gene:

Well, you already know who posts the message, since their address is in the
"From" header.  As it stands now, when you reply to a message, the default
"Reply-To" address is used, which is currently the greekeys list address.
To reply only to the sender, you need to copy their From address, hit the
reply button, and paste their address in the To field (instead of=
 greenkeys).

If we change it, then when you reply to a message, the default "Reply-To"
address will now be set to the original sender (only).  So, if you want to
reply to the list as well, you need to paste greenkeys@mailman.qth.net into
the CC field after you hit reply.
