Roy,

Tthey are definitely much better copy than they have been in a long time. I
have never been able to find out much about them, even though I sent them a
"short wave listener" report a few years ago. Their TTY signals were getting
so distorted that copy was almost impossible. In fact, they even had a
transmitter problem (I assume) that was causing the carrier to drop for a
fraction of a second. Makes one wonder if they have anyone copying their
stuff anymore (except for us hobbyists).
