Advice regarding the "damn CW" -DON'T TRY to memorize the
dot/dash combos. CW is an aural langauge. To learn it right, you must
LISTEN to it, and listen to it at a speed NO SLOWER than 15 WPM. This is
true even if you are only wanting to get 5 WPM!!! Download "NuMorse"
from ARRL site, (It's shareware & costs $25.00 or so if you keep it) and
set it for a character speed of 15 WPM, and increase the letter and word
spacing so that it's sending at 5 WPM or so. Spend 10 to 15 min
EVERY DAY on it. Skip two days and fall back to zero. Good luck.
