Does anybody know what this tool is? Is it telegraph related? Looks as
if it might be a hand tool for correcting punched tape.

I was looking at your site, at the old pneumatic punch and it got me
thinking.  Can you identify the part in the
pictures?  Just the rocket/dart looking piece, not the red part (as it
was place there for use in a movie).
