Hi Donald,
We are partnering with the Computer Museum of America. We are still
the board of directors and I am still the chairman. The museum now
has public access in San Diego at 640 C Street. Hours are Tuesday
through Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed on Mondays) We now have a
really nice exhibit on the history of cryptology and code-breaking.
Everything from Roman times to Vietnam. Warren Brader and I have
contributed a lot to the displays. I retire in two weeks and we are
moving back to Illinois around the 3rd of September but I will be
spending the winters at the museum developing the displays and giving
talks and tours.
I am taking a few machines with me to Illinois. A 28RO, 28 KSR,
28ASR(w/ROTR) and a stand alone 28ROTR all of these machines have 3
speed gear shifts, including the dome mounted ROTR in the 28ASR.
Warm regards,
Don
>How are things with you? I haven't been keeping up with the list at
>all. The last I heard you were moving and had turned over the Museum
>to another organization. Did that all work out okay?
