Gil discovered a bug in my software:

The fix has been uploaded to the web site.  Apparently there was
a mistake in the code that I could not test.  Thanks to WC2XPF's
broadcast tonight, 100 wpm works just fine now. Update is at:

With this new information, the next change will be to incorporate
Baud_Shim into RTTYArt as a test tool feature.  This would be
useful for debugging TU's RS-232 and DTR/RTS implementations. Might
be enough incentive to make this thing into a real terminal program!
