Paul,

My parents basement is a walk-out with a 10 foot ceiling, so I have been
spoiled. 
It's killing me to live in a house on a crawl space.

My next house WILL have:

1. A full, dry, two car (at least) garage
2. A full, level, & dry basement

Kitchen, dining rm., etc. are optional.
