[GreenKeys] Spare bulbs for model 28 copy light, margin light

I'm not sure about the margin indicator but the copy lights are 60 volt.
The GE number is 6S6/5DC.  They are not easy to find but I got mine at Lamp
Technology, Inc.  Their number is 1-800-KEEP-LIT.

(The tape out lamp on the model 28 style reperf is 120 volts as the
premature loss of a 60 volt lamp indicated.)
