[GreenKeys] Rubber seal around top of 28 KSR cabinet lid

I was able to get a new gasket from Fred, N4TT (Typetronics) some years back
for one of my 28KSR cabinets.  I believe the RTTY.COM web site lists the
contact info for Fred.
