[GreenKeys] teletypes still in production use?

I read article just now that claimed that some parts of the government 
(FBI?) still use
teletype-based systems for access or distribution  of some of their data.

Does anyone know for sure who is actually still using teletypes in any sort
of long haul data communications networks, or for that matter, where teletypes
are being used in production anywhere. I'm curious to learn about this before
they are all completely extinct. Also might be a good source of original 
equipment
if they are just switching over to newer technology.
