Don, 

I seem to remember the reinker modification article for the model 19
reinker to be used on a model 28 was from an issue of Ham Radio magazine.
I think I still have a copy of it here in my box of stuff.  

If you want a copy let me know and I'll dig it out.  

Yeah, I still owe you that box of model 35 manuals.  I just got out of the
hospital from some surgery and will try to tend to that this weekend.
