[GreenKeys] Teletype Ribbons and Re-inkers

The re-inker for the M15 and M19 can be modified for a M28 but I do 
not have the instructions for the modification.  Someday soon I will 
look through my old RTTY Journals on CD-ROM and see if I can find the 
instructions there.
