The new ribbons are not as heavily inked and made out of nylon. The older ribbons were more heavily inked and made out of cotton or rayon. I still have many reinker kits for Model 14, 15, 19 and Klienschmidt page printers for $3.00 each plus postage. These devices mount on the typing mechanism and constantly reink the ribbon as long as you keep a supply of ink in the reinker. Don
