[GreenKeys] Length of tape

Larry, I built one in the mid-60's from a pc board.  Didn't use a Polar
Relay. Not necessary for neutral operation.  I used a M15, you may have had
a M14 Typing Reperf and T/D. There were a number of Terminal Units available
at that time. Don W5BB.
