[GreenKeys] Cleaning M28 cabinets

It is often possible to clean up a model 29 cabinet with Formula 409, 
some water and a green scrubing pad from 3M.  That is how we cleaned 
them when I was a Teletype repairman back in 1966.  Most of the time 
the cabinet would look pretty good.  On rare occasion we would 
repaint a cabinet with the paint provided by Western Electric.  The 
original finish for the model 15s, 19s, and 28s were Teletype Code GA 
in wrinkle finish (but smooth after repainting.) The Model 35s were 
Teletype Code HF gray and were smooth, not wrinkle finish.
