Henry,

If memory serves me, the UGC-129x has a 9 pin dot matrix print head (though
it might be an 18 pin).

I do know for a fact that it does have the capability of printing up to 2.4k
baud ASCII as I just looked at the one that I have here.

And this for Don House, I just jury rigged the cable connection for the
signal and replaced the power connector with a power connector out of a
burned out pc power supply.
