By far, the best source I ever saw for weird screws is McMaster-Carr
(www.mcmaster.com)
They have a very powerful search engine where you can keep plugging in
everything you want about a screw (head, composition, thread, length, etc.)
and it will give you what they have in stock. They have no mimimum order
either. I've found several odd threads I needed for telephone equipment
restoration.
