As a total machine the shipment is too heavy and too large for UPS. 
If you take the machine apart and send the base and typing unit 
separately then they might take the cabinet.

I would recommend you leave the whole machine together and drill 
holes in a pallet and thread the feet through the holes in the 
pallet.  Tighten them with a wrench.  Then wrap the machine with 
rolled plastic wrap and ship it via a freight company such as ABF 
Freight.  You can even arrange for it on-line at: http://www.abfs.com

Most carriers and manufacturing outfits will give you a pallet for nothing.
