[GreenKeys] Model 40 printer

Hi,

I've been looking around for a Teletype Model 40 printer for a 
while, with no luck. I used one in college, the 132 column 
version, hooked up to a PDP-11 as its line printer through a 
purpose-built interface. Does anyone know where to look for 
one these days? I have the PDP-11 now, but what good is a 
minicomputer without a line printer?  

Also: is the the ASR 33 maintenance manual out there anywhere 
on the web as a PDF or other scanned format?
