[GreenKeys] Model 28 availability

Hey Gang, does anyone know of a model 28KSR that would be available in
the SE Penna Area. If possible, I would like the whole 9 yards, TD,
Perf, and the reperf if I can get one, otherwise no problem.
I have been looking for one a long time, and am attempting to possibly
set up a RATT (ok now you know I am former Navy) (RTTY) broadcast setup
to keep the mode alive in this area, and for all on the list.
