[Great-River-DX] FW: KH7K/KH4 status change legit?

There has been some chatter questioning the published information by ARRL
about the KH7K/KH4 status change.  The ARRL information is true and correct.
See this email from W3IZ, the Awards Committee Chairperson.

To the DXCC card checking community:
The published information about Midway and Kure Islands is true and correct.
The DXCC country count will be reduced by 2 entities. The DXCC entities list
and LoTW will be updated and DXCC scores will be tabulated to reflect the
changes.
