[Great-River-DX] list going away

Hi Jay. Yes, you are on the new list. It is private to keep everyone from
asking to join. We decided quite a while back that members had to be
"local", that is no one that lives in some other part of the country or
world, so making it private keeps me from having to deal with requests to
join from those we will not allow into the group. The email list is as close
to a membership list as we have.

If any of you know of a reason we should make the list public, speak up.
