[Great-River-DX] Diamond DXCC Application form

I see the ARRL has placed in interactive application form on the diamond 
dxcc web page now. Looks like you fill it out and print both the excel 
spread sheet and the form to send in.

I had sent an email this morning to the awards email address asking about if 
Rotuma counts for Fiji. I also worked T32AU this morning, which I think will 
count for Fanning Island even though they are on Christmas. Still waiting 
word back on these. The ARRL has not been very prompt lately IMHO. These 
would put me at 130 worked.
