[Great-River-DX] NG9R CC Cluster down?

I cant seem to connect to NG9R CC cluster through telnet. Danny you may need 
to check your connection.  Connected to VE7CC-1 just fine.

Been some good conditions on the higher hf bands lately. worked 4W barefoot 
on 12 cw this past week. Amazing what a few sunspots will do for you. 
Hopefully the trend will continue. I am hopeful that we might start seeing 
some f2 propagation on 6 meters towards South America if the numbers hold 
up. Past history shows mid October onward 6 meters becomes promising.
