[Great-River-DX] DX Cluster etiquette ideas wanted

Couple things on DX spotting come to mind:
1. Spot the call signs correctly and when working a station that someone
else spotted, verify the station's call sign before logging it. Don't rely
on the accuracy of the spots.
2. Don't criticize DXpeditions or individuals on the cluster. We haven't
walked in their shoes. Someone may even be bootlegging their call.
3. Don't just rely on DX spots to enjoy DX'ing - tune the bands. It's
easier to work a rare one when you're there before the pileup gets
ferocious.

More later, but those come to mind.

Guys, after reading a discussion about DX spotting on another email list, I
am going to write an article on what to do and not to do when using the DX
spotting network. And I would like your input.

Please let me know what you want to see on the network and what really
bothers you when you see it. You can respond here or direct.

Thanks
