[Great-River-DX] CCC Commands

Here is a link to the commands for CC Cluster. These same commands can be
set using the CC User (ARUser) software. There are several small differences
from the DX Spider command set.

Don't forget, the DX Spider node NG9R-1 will be going offline soon and is
being replaced with NG9R, a CC Cluster node. If you have not done so yet,
please make the change on you spotting/logging software to connect to NG9R
at ng9r.homeip.net port 23
