[Great-River-DX] New DX spotting node software

I am planning on turning off the DX Spider node and running CC Cluster
software soon. Currently both NG9R-1 (DX Spider) and NG9R (CC Cluster) are
both running here and talking to each other. The CC Cluster software is
basically it same to the end user except it has a couple more features that
DX Spider does not, one of those being a Maidenhead grid database built in.

If you would like to help out, try connecting to NG9R at ng9r.homeip.net
port 23 and help me test the CC Cluster software. You can be connected to
both at the same time if you like, just in case one or the other goes down,
or you can stay with NG9R-1 until it goes away (probably not for a few
weeks, if all goes well).

Currently, NG9R (CC Cluster) is only partnered with NG9R-1 and VE7CC-1, but
I will add a few more node partners as I feel my install is stable and
reliable enough to leave run unattended for days at a time. Currently NG9R
may go up and down for short periods of time as I make adjustments, but you
should not lose connection when that happens, you just may lose some spots
until the software starts back up. Currently, only NG9R-1 has packet
capabilities, but I will switch the RF side over to NG9R when I am ready to
shut NG9R-1 down.

If you have any questions or issues, fell free to holler.

Danny NG9R
