[Great-River-DX] Spratly cancelled?

Yes, the word is that the group could not translate their landing permission
by sea to a landing permission by air.

The plan is to postpone until such time that the permit can be used and a
ship is available.

The operators are heading back and will regroup and revise plans for a later
date in 2011.

This word came from team leader VK3FY via N3ZC and was posted at 10:50 AM
this day to the internet on eHam.com
