[Great-River-DX] ARRL Diamond DXCC Challenge

Today the ARRL announced the 2012 Diamond DXCC Challenge.  QSL cards are not
required.  As our Great River DX Group winds down its 2011 DX Marathon, it
might be worth considering having our own GRDXA challenge using the 2012
Diamond DXCC Challenge rules.  For more information, see:
