[Great-River-DX] ST0 QSL

I used the ST0R OQRS system, and it worked fine.  The hardest part was
manually entering the 13 QSOs.  OQRS doesn't import ADIF or CSV files.  The
minimum donation is 5 Euros via Paypal, which Visa processed today's
conversion rate as $7.31 US Dollars.

I see the OQRS system for ST0 is now available. Has anyone tried the system
