[Great-River-DX] Bouvet?

I would be greatly surprised if it is real.  There has been nothing I have
read about a Bouvet operation.

But the second rule of DX.   Work 'em first and worry later!

Id that really Bouvet on 40 meters? Huge pileup on 7.0125. Spot was for
3Y0B.
