[Great-River-DX] web page updated

The Great River DX web page has been updated with some new items. Congrats
to Cliff, K0CA, for being appointed Midwest Director. I am sure Cliff would
appreciate all the support we can give him. It is worth noting that Cliff is
the second director from Hannibal, K4VX was director some years back as
well. Maybe it is in the water (or the RF)?

The DX news has also been updated. Anyone wanting to contribute anything to
the web page is welcome so send it to me.
