[Great-River-DX] Another test - after changing "Topic Filter" setting in List preferences

Another test - please ignore while Danny and I try to figure out why my
posts aren't being reflected!  Danny, I changed a "topic Filter" setting in
the preferences to "yes" I do want posts that don't match any filter.  Let's
see if this helps.  That's the only setting I can see that might have been
wrong.
