I am curious what you all are using for software when you are logged into a
DX spotting network. I have noticed several of you do not see any local
messages sent to you when you are logged into NG9R-1 and I am guessing that
is a result of using logging programs that do not display all traffic, only
the spots.
If you are using logging software for your spotting needs, please let me
know if your software allows you to be notified when there is a message sent
to you from another user.
I am seeing very light traffic on NG9R-1 since it went on the air last July,
with NM9C on RF being the most active user. I have seen another half of a
dozen or better login at one time or another, but very little activity. You
can log in via a telnet connection to ng9r.homeip.net port 7300 or via RF
packet on 144.910. ILQDX is available for those that can't reach me direct
on packet. I know at least a couple of others will be on via RF when they
get packet stations on the air.
Thanks
Danny
