[Great-River-DX] ve7cc user update

Anyone using the VE7CC user program (also known as AR user) and having
trouble updating, there is a quick fix. If when you click the red update
button and the normal update process does not happen, click on the settings
tab (it is located on the far left center of your screen) and in the updater
section, click the test button. This should allow you to continue with the
normal automatic update.
This is for version 2.377 to 2.378, older versions may not have the updater
problem.
